PURPOSE:To perform proper inspection or speed up evaluation by providing a judgment part for evaluating a part to be evaluated based on the comparison output obtained from a data comparison part. CONSTITUTION:A judgment part 22 evaluates a part to be evaluated. When a comparison result indicated by each of comparison output data RTm from a data comparison part 21 is less than a specific value, a judgment is made so that a part in paint surface range to be evaluated corresponding to either of a section image region where brightness level characteristics are expressed according to processing data RLm at that time is proper. Also, when a comparison result which each of the data RTm indicate is equal to or more than the specific value, a judgment is made so that a part in paint surface range to be evaluated corresponding to either of the section image region where the brightness level characteristics are expressed according to the data RTm is proper. Then, a judgment output signal SD is led from a judgment part 22 to an output terminal 23 and at the same time is supplied to a memory control part 30. |
