MANUFACTURE OF FERRITE RESIN

PURPOSE:To give ferrite regin an excellent appearance while augmenting the permeability thereof by a method wherein the metallic mold temperature of a ferrite slurry during the injection molding step is set up at the temperature exceeding specific value while the temperature of the ferrite slurry is set up at the melting temperature or exceeding the melting temperature of a plastic resin mixed with the ferrite slurry but not to exceed the decomposition temperature of the same. CONSTITUTION:In order to manufacture the ferrite resin by mixing and kneading at least ferrite particles with a plastic resin to prepare a ferrite slurry for injection molding step, the metallic mold temperature during injection molding step is set up at the temperature 20 deg.C and exceeding 20 deg.C. Furthermore, the temperature of the ferrite slurry during the injection molding step is set up at the melting temperature or exceeding the melting temperature of a plastic resin mixed with the ferrite slurry but not exceeding the decomposition temperature of the same.
