PURPOSE:To provide the maintenance patrol work table generating device which reduces the labor of a work table generator and shortens the work table generation time by reducing the change of combinations of workers and rounds. CONSTITUTION:A business office 2 is provided with a field information storage part 11 where information of work object buildings is stored, a personal information storage part 12 where service records of workers are stored, and a control part 14. A schedule assignment processing part 14c instructs a field information processing part 14a and a personal information processing part 14b to assign the work object buildings to workers based on required information taken out from the field information storage part 11 and the personal information storage part 12. The personal information storage part 12 is provided with an assigned round information storage part 12c where information indicating whether the combination between each worker and the round is proper or not is stored, and the schedule assignment processing part 14c refers to information of this storage part 12c to perform the assignment. |
