PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of an in-earhole wear type hearing aid which securely fits to the earhole of a user by accurately matching the shape of the hearing aid with the earhole by deforming the wall of a 2nd part for the secure fit. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary component 19 having larger section than the earhole 7 is inserted into the earhole, which is then expanded. Then a hollow air tube 25 is inserted into the earhole 7, which is filled with a viscous substance 29 thereafter. After the viscous substance cakes up, the mold is taken out of the earhole. Air is securely sent in the space behind the mold through the air tube 25. This mold has larger section than the earhole. Then this mold is used to manufacture the housing of the hearing aid. Consequently, the hearing aid securely fits to the earhole to improve a wearing feeling. The auxiliary component 19 used for this method has a columnar wall provided with openings that attains the passage of the viscous substance to the space between the auxiliary component and the wall of the earhole. The auxiliary component 19 further has a sleeve for guiding the air tube 25. |
