PURPOSE: To provide a high-input impedance, low-noise, and high common node- removed differential amplifier suitable for an analog-digital integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: The outputs of first chopper stabilizing and amplifying means 402, 408, and 412 are further differentially amplified (414) and the sum of the differential outputs of the means 402, 408, and 412 are offset in a common mode through the stabilizing and amplifying means 438, 440, and 444 of a second chopper. Gains are decided based on feedback through an attenuator 420. Therefore, the influence of the common mode from a digital circuit is reduced.
