PURPOSE:To provide a superior security system for a dealing speech board which releases the use of a speech board to plural users and a system manager by providing plural passwords for every user and the password for system management at one dealing speech board. CONSTITUTION:The dealing speech board 1 which functions in an online state based on registration data registered on a memory device 15 at every inputted password corresponding to the input of a specific password from a functional button group 18 and stops a function based on the registration data of another password while it is functioning by the input of one password is constituted by providing with a controller 13 which functions in the on-line state based on all the registration data of the specific password corresponding to the input of the password for manager other than the specific password.
