METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING NONSILVER SALT PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To provide the method and apparatus for processing the nonsilver salt photosensitive maternal capable of preventing calcium ions in diluting water from combining with silicic acid to produce precipitates and having improved effects and capable of reducing load on conveyance and distribution and waste products such as containers and wrapping matrials. CONSTITUTION:In the method for processing the nonsilver salt photosensitive material by using an automatic developing device and feeding a developing solution while recirculating it for reusing or immersing it in a developing bath containing a large amount of developing solution, the processing method is characterized by regulating a calcium ion concentration to <=10mg/l or having a mechanism 2 for ion exchanging the diluting water before mixing it with a solid developing agent of the nonsilver salt photosensitive material in an automatic preparation device for mixing the water with the agent to prepare the developing solution.
