PURPOSE: To obtain a display graphic system for color laser copying device by providing a display system with a host processor connected to a processor bus through an address latch. CONSTITUTION: A host processor 2 is provided to control the generation of object-based images. The processor 2 works to generate and hold a plurality of object lists, but the object lists are stored in a system RAM and contain such objects that finally form images which are processed by means of an RTO processor 12. The processor 2 for each generated image specifies the position, size, and color of each object which appears in the final image. The processor 2 also reaches a keyboard 20 by interacting with a serial controller 6. The controller 6 interprets a command from the keyboard 20 and transfers the command to the processor 2 through a bus 3. The processor 12 performs access to the bus 3 through a DMA any time when required.
