PURPOSE:To reserve and transmit a dial number after a stable waiting time when this system is within the speech area of a base station. CONSTITUTION:This system has a radio equipment 1 and a handset 6 connected to each other, and 6 is provided with a judging means which judges whether this system is within or outside the speech area, a reserving means which reserves the inputted dial number of a called party in a memory 18 at the time of receiving an outside-area judgement signal from the judging means, and a transmitting means which reads the reserved dial number from the memory 18 after a waiting time when a receiving state is stabilized at the time of receiving a within-area judgement signal from the judging means, and automatically transmits the dial number through the radio equipment 1 in a handset control part 12 of the handset.
