<p>PURPOSE:To record all the speech contents using a telephone set for both an outgoing call and an incoming call. CONSTITUTION:A line exchange 20 monitors the call establishing state, three- party speech state, and terminal disconnection state of the telephone set 3-2 that becomes the recording object of the speech contents by the request of an electronic mail system 15. The electronic mail system 15 performs the transmission/reception of such notification via the line exchange 20 and a data line 16. A speech monitoring request 25 to establish the three-party speech state is also issued from the electronic mail system via the data line 16. Therefore. transfer to the three-party speech state can be performed with response faster than a system with an ordinary connection procedure via a telephone line 2. Thereby, it is possible to record all the speech contents of the telephone set 3-2 that is the recording object for the outgoing call and the incoming call.</p> |
