<p>PURPOSE: To record video signals inputted from video cameras in constant cycles and to display them on monitors by providing a specific recording control means and a specific reproduction control means. CONSTITUTION: For a video recording function for monitoring, video signals A to N inputted from monitor video cameras 1A to 1N are videotaped in order in constant cycles. For example, the signal A for one field, the signal B for the next one field, and the signal N for the one field after the next field are videotaped and then the signal A is videotaped again for the further next one field. For reproduction, one field is reproduced first, it is confirmed which of the video signals A to N the reproduced field is, and the video signal is converted into a digital signal, which is inputted to one of memories A to N. The digital signal inputted to a next memory is passed through one of D/A converters 5A to 5N and converted into an analog signal with the control signal from a decoder 7. Thus, the video signals are displayed on monitors 2A to 2N.</p> |
