A device to prevent noise transmission of a digital signal has a noise transmission prevention circuit (11) which transmits a signal (D) whose potential represents a value to be transmitted initially as a binary value, and a signal (DB) whose potential represents the other value at the same time, which device enters the signals (D) and (DB) at an input block side (10), emits a signal (D) as an input signal as a normal condition when the signals (D) and (DB) are the potentials which represent different values "1" and "0" and which, when the signals (D) and (DB) are the potentials which represent the same values, continues to emit the signal which was previously emitted as the input signal as an abnormal condition, it being possible, at the time of transmission of the digital signal, to avoid transmitting as the data signal the change in level corresponding to fluctuations in the signal potential or the change in the signal on the other signal lines. <IMAGE>
