An output shaft of a motor has an eccentric portion, an oscillating arm is mounted in oscillatory fashion in its central portion, a connection portion of the oscillating arm to the eccentric portion is constructed in the form of two fork rests, the eccentric portion and the oscillating arm are interconnected in such a way that the eccentric portion is inserted between the two fork rests of the oscillating arm, as a result of which a rotary movement of the output shaft of the motor is converted into an oscillating movement of the oscillating arm, and at least either one contact portion, which is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the eccentric portion, or contact portions, which are constructed in each case on the inner surface of each of the two fork rests, has/have the form of a curved surface.
