MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SHADOW MASK

The process comprises the steps of producing a spray liquid by mixing 10-25 wt.% of water glass and lignin-type dispersant to 15-309 wt.% of BiO2 powder and 1-20 wt.% of secondary metal powder or secondary metal oxide powder and pulverizing thereof; spraying the spray liquid on the surface of the shadow mask at the side of an electron gun and drying thereof to form a film; and calcining the shadow mask on which the film is formed at about 450 deg.C to form a compound of a certain thickness on the surface of the shadow mask and form a blacking film.
