Prepn. of foodstuffs from brewers' grains comprises pulverising the brewers' grains by pressing the moist grains in a grinding appts. whilst preventing baking and/or melting of the grains by means of air pulses, to give a homogeneous grain mass comprising particles max. 0.25 mm in size; then adding one or more additives; and drying the mixt.
