The invention relates to an endoprosthesis which has at least one hollow structure implantable in a bone bed and provided with openings, the hollow structure containing a filling which promotes bone growth and comprises a material which forms a porous matrix and contains one or more peptide growth factors. Such a prosthesis displays improved settling-in behaviour and has a longer life.
