PURPOSE:To obtain a marine animal feed containing a ground product, extract and/or product treated with a plant intracellular substance decomposing enzyme of root part, leaf part and stem part of Simon potato, high in growth rate and feed-converting efficiency and free from accumulation of excess body fat even in the case of excess feeding. CONSTITUTION:A feed for marine animal containing (A) a ground product obtained by drying and powdering either one of root part, leaf part or stem part of Simon potato, (B) an extract obtained by extracting the ground product using a solvent such as water or ethanol and/or (C) a product treated with a plant intercellular substance-decomposing enzyme obtained by cutting either one of the above-mentioned root part, leaf part or stem part and adding water thereto and then adding the plant intercellular substance-decomposing enzyme such as pectinase thereto and having good balance of promotion of growth and health retaining effect. |
