PURPOSE: To improve a sun visor in such a way that the sun visor can be produced in an easier method and at a lower cost than a conventional sun visor, and has the stability enough to satisfy the technical requirement though it is made of a smaller number of parts and light in weight, and its recycle can be realized in a specially easy method. CONSTITUTION: A sun-visor body 1 is constructed in a unit with at least one stiffener 9 along the edge of the body or extending around in its vicinity, and further the sun-visor body 1 as well as the stiffener is made of polypropylene particle foam. The at-least-one stiffener 9 is different from the remaining regions of sun-visor body in that the stiffener 9 has much higher hardness and stiffness than the remaining regions. |
