PURPOSE:To provide the subject derivative prepared by introducing a phospholipid residue and a polyalkylene glycol unit to a specified group and useful as a liposome component excellent in a non-specific capture inhibition in the liver, etc., coagulation inhibition and a particle size-reducing effect. CONSTITUTION:The objective derivative is represented by formula I (A is a phospholipid residue having a phosphatidylethanolamine unit; B is a polyalkylene glycol unit). This objective derivative can be synthesized by reacting a phospholipid having a thiol group with a polyalkylene glycol having two maleimide groups according to formula II. In addition, a liposome is formed preferably by using the objective derivative. |
