PURPOSE: To obtain a safety countermeasure against unauthorized copying by giving an unidentifiable copying having a color tone which becomes similar or identical in the case of viewing a fluorescence without sensing it by using a combination of a luminescent coloring agent and a reflecting coloring agent at information given by a combination of coloring agents so that various color developing parts are brought into contact with each other. CONSTITUTION: A new substance for giving visible information gives copying in which a color tone in the case of viewing without sensing fluorescence is similar or identical and unreadable copying is given in the case of using a combination of at least one luminescent coloring agent and at least one type of reflecting coloring agent of information. As a result, the substrate secured with safe countermeasure against the unauthorized copying can be obtained.
