PURPOSE:To continuously treat gas for a long period without making the device large is size and high in cost even though the treating object gas is in high concentration. CONSTITUTION:The purifier is provided with a moving means by which a suction belt 3 having permeability is wound along the circulating path and rotationally moved a suction means by which the treating gas is adsorbed and discharged so as to pass the adsorption belt 3 in the thickness direction at a set place of the circulating path and a desorption means by which the desorption gas is fed and discharged so as to pass through the adsorption belt 3 in the thickness direction at the other set position different from the set place.
