PRODUCTION OF FOAM

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce foam of high magnification generating no silver on the surface thereof, excellent in smoothness and suitable for recycling with high production efficiency in a good material yield. CONSTITUTION:A foamable styrenic thermoplastic elastomer consisting of 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic elastomer (A) with JIS-A hardness due to JIS-K 6301 of 40-95 based on a hydrogenated substance of a styrene/conjugated diene block copolymer with an average mol.wt. of 150,000 or less and containing 1-50wt.% of an ethylenic resin and 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a foaming agent component (B) is injected in a mold cavity and foamed by epanding the volume of the cavity to be molded.
