PURPOSE:To easily produce a laminated molded product having good appearance by arranging separate heating plates so as to hold them between one and the other surfaces of a multilayered laminated sheet having different thermoplastic resin layers on one and the other surface sides thereof to preheat the sheet and controlling the temps. of both heating plates. CONSTITUTION:A heating plate 3 is moved to press a sheet 1 to a heating plate 2 and the sheet 1 is sucked through the air passing holes 2a, 3a of the heating plates 2, 3 to be closely brought into contact with the heating plates 2, 3. After the sheet is heated from both surfaces thereof, compressed air is injected from the air passing holes 3a to separate the sheet 1 from the heating plate 3. Next, the heating plate 2 is arranged to the side surface of a female mold 4 and the sheet 1 is held between a frame part 6 and the heating plate 2 by the movement of the heating plate 2 and the air in a cavity 5 is sucked from air passing ports 4a and injected from the air passing ports 2a to bring the sheet 1 into close contact with the molding surface 41 of a female mold. A resin is injected in the cavity 5 to be formed into a molded product. Therefore, both surface layers of the sheet 1 can be separately heated and the appearance of a laminated molded product can be improved. |
