PURPOSE:To provide an ink amt. detector capable of appropriately linearly detecting the residual amt. of ink when printing is ready to perform. CONSTITUTION:An ink amt. detector consists of a tank 3 having ink 4 received therein, two electrodes 1, 2 immersed in the ink 4 and means 20-25 measuring the impedance of the ink 4 prescribed by two electrodes 1, 2 and detecting the amt. of the ink on the basis of the measured results. |
