PURPOSE:To obtain a molded from stabilized in the quality thereof even when a mold clamping force can not stand against a resin pressure by a method wherein different kind cavities are distributed evenly between mold members opened and/or closed freely, when a plurality of sets of different kinds of molded forms are molded simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:When four sets of up-and-down diskette halves U, L are molded simultaneously, for example, a mold 10 is constituted of a fixed mold 11 and a movable mold 12 while two rows of cavities are provided in lateral direction and four rows of cavities are provided in lengthwise direction. The diskette halves U, L of same kind are arrayed so as to be line symmetry to both of center line (a) and lateral center line (b) and so as to be point symmetry with respect to the center O of a parting surface. When the cavities are distributed evenly without any deviation, the fixed mold 11 and the movable mold 12 are opened uniformly and will never be opened under slanted condition even when the mold clamping force can not stand sufficiently against a resin pressure upon molding. Accordingly, a molded form, without any slant and stabilized in thickness thereof, can be obtained. |
