发明名称 METHOD FOR EXTRACTING SOYBEAN ESSENCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a soybean essence, having a low molecular weight and good in digestibility and absorbability. CONSTITUTION:Raw material soybeans are immersed in an alkali liquid, then boiled, crushed and regulated to a weak acidic to a neutral state. A cellulolytic enzyme, a plant cell histolytic enzyme and a proteolytic enzyme are then added to decompose the cell tissue of the soybeans. The resultant soybeans are subsequently boiled to inactivate the respective enzymes. The prepared reactional solution is then separated and filtered to extract the essence thereof.
