PURPOSE:To provide a repair structure which can repair a pipe line securely and its forming method irespective of the length of the pipe line to be repaired. CONSTITUTION:IN a pipe line repair structure which has a cylindrical lining material 3 along an inner face of a pipe line 1, a rear end 3b of the lining material 3 is positioned on the halfway of the pipe line 1, and a second cylindrical repair member 31 which is bonded between the rear end 3b of the lining material 3 and an inner face of the adjacent pipe line 1 is provided.
