METHOD FOR REUSING COLLECTED DUST IN LIME-CONTAINING DESULFURIZING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To efficiently reuse the recovered collected dust as desulfurizing agent by collecting the dust produced at the time of executing the desulfurizing treatment to molten iron using lime-containing desulfurizing equipment. CONSTITUTION:The lime-containing dust produced from the lime-containing dust desulfurizing equipment is collected by using a dry type dust collector 1 and the lime-containing dust recovered by this dust collection is classified into the fine grain dust and the coarse grain dust using a classifier 2. The fine grain dust 10 is blown into molten iron by using a blowing lance 6 to execute the desulfurizing treatment, and the coarse grain dust 9 is added into the molten iron in a torpedo car 7 by an upper laying method to execute the desulfurizing treatment to the molten iron.
