<p>PURPOSE: To perform both functions of a bolt type latch and a draw type latch by a method wherein a lever and a spring are mounted on one panel through a housing and a holding tool is mounted on the other panel. CONSTITUTION: A housing 10 is mounted on one panel, a lever 20 is rotatably mounted on the housing 10, a spring 30 is rotatably mounted on the lever 20, and a holding tool 40 is mounted on the other panel. When a latch 5 is fixed, a spring 30 is engaged with a holding tool 40, and as a result, the panel is integrally drawn. Further, a part of the lever 20 is engaged with the holding tool 40 to perform lock bolt operation. Further, in a closed position, the latch 5 blocks relative movement in all directions of the panel.</p> |
