PURPOSE:To densely deposit a concrete over the entire area of a mold flask without causing material separation by combining a mineral fine powder, a mineral coarse powder, a separation reducing agent composed of a cellulose based compound and anhydrous gypsum powder with a concrete material to dispense with or minimize tamping work. CONSTITUTION:(A) The mineral fine powder (e.g. calcium carbonate, vitreous blast-furnace slag) 7000-20000cm<2>/g specific surface area, (B) the mineral coarse powder (e.g. Portland cement clinker pulverized material, calcium carbonate, vitreous blast-furnace slag) 500-4000cm<2>/g in specific surface area, (C) the separation reducing agent composed of the cellulose based compound (e.g. material mainly containing water soluble cellulose ether) and (D) anhydrous gypsum powder 3000-7000cm<2>/g in specific surface area are combined with the concrete. The total sum of each component is co controlled to 10-80kg, the slump flow value of the combined composition is controlled to 45-72cm, the unit water content is controlled to 140-195kg/m<3> and the ratio of water to cement is controlled to 35-70%. |
