PURPOSE: To eliminate a process for preparing an emulsifier and depositing it and to directly and rapidly perform a fabric-pulling work and an image- printing work in making printing matrix assemblies by using a pre-emulsified fabric. CONSTITUTION: In making a fabric to be used for making printing matrix assemblies such as textile, silk-screen and ceramic, one or more layers of a photosensitive emulsion is deposited in advance on polymeric fabrics, based on polyesters and polyamides, such as PTEP, PA6.6 and metalized PETP or on other polymeric or non-polymeric equivalent materials. The manufacturing system is provided with a drying oven 3, emulsion depositing machines 2, 8, 9 and 10, an unwinding device 4 for a bobbin for a fabric before processing, a winding device 5 for winding the fabric after processing on a bobbin and devices 6 and 7 for controlling tension of the fabric. |
