PURPOSE:To obtain a soil-solidifying agent which can solidify a weak soil into such a state as not to cause the alkaline pollution, and to provide a method for solidifying soil using the agent. CONSTITUTION:This agent contains Portland cement and aluminum sulfate in an amt. enough to destroy mineral hydraulic components contained in the cement or contains gypsum in addition to these two ingredients. A weak soil is solidified by mixing, injecting, or scattering the agent so as to obtain a pH of soil after the solidification of 6.5-8.5.
