PURPOSE:To provide a large size mold without using hot pressing by forming a dry film of polyvinyl alcohol on the surface of an original manuscript and laminating a reaction curable resin having the fabric applied to a frame embedded therein to the dry film and transferring the surface unevenness of the original manuscript to the surface of the dry film integrated with the resin. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous soln. of polyvinyl alcohol is applied to an original manuscript 1 and dried to form a dry film 2 and an adhesive bonding a reaction curable resin 5 is applied to the dry film 2. Next, the fabric 3 applied to a frame 4 is arranged on the dry film 2 and the flowable reaction curable resin 5 is poured in the frame 4 and the A-surface of the vinylon film 20 applied to the frame is placed in contact with the flowable reaction curable resin 5. The resin 5 is uniformly stretched and spread while pressed from a B-surface by a roll 22 to remove air bubbles in the resin 5 and, after the resin is cured, the film 20 is peeled. The mold thus produced for producing a decorative panel can be made large without performing hot pressing and the generation of static electricity is prevented by polyvinyl alcohol. |
