PURPOSE:To obtain anti-corrosive coated steel sheet pile, the coloring of the covering layer itself of which is possible and the direct painting on the covering layer of which is possible and which is excellent in corrosion resistance, by a method wherein primer layer, bonding polyolefin layer, polyolefin layer and corrosion resisting polyolefin layer consisting of polyolefin, which is the same one consisting of the bonding polyolefin layer, are laminated on the surface of sheet pile main body in the order named. CONSTITUTION:Rust-proofing treatment by chromate treatment or phosphating is applied on the surface of sheet pile main body 1, on which primer layer 2, bonding polyolefin layer 3 and polyolefin layer 4 are laminated in the order named. On the polyolefin layer 4, corrosion resisting polyolefin layer 5 consisting of polyolefin, which is the same one consisting of the bonding polyolefin layer 4. For this reason, both the coloring of the corrosion resisting polyolefin layer itself as covering layer and the direct painting on the corrosion resisting polyolefin layer are made possible, thus excellent corrosion resistance thereof can be exhibited. |
