PURPOSE:To dispose a breather pipe inside an outline of a casing, prevent breakage without being an obstacle, and prevent blow of lubrication oil. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 21 communicating with the inside of a casing 5 and acting also as an air pocket is formed in a rib 19 provided at an inner corner part of the casing 5 of a transfer 1, a breather pipe 25 is protruded using this recessed part 21 as a breather chamber 23, thereby the breather pipe 25 is disposed inside an outline of the casing 5.
