PURPOSE: To obtain a surgical saw appropriate for the abscission of the inside hollow space of a bone or a tube. CONSTITUTION: A surgical saw is equipped with a saw blade 11 having the shape of a sector installed to a shaft 10, which is unseparated and surrounded by the concentric second shaft 14. An eccentric member 15 which is in proximity and parallel to the saw blade, is installed to the shaft 14. Both shafts 10 and 14, the eccentric member 15 and a cutting edge 11 as well, accordingly, rotate relatively and can be fixed in that rotation positions. The saw blade 11 is its rotational position-dependent. Therefore, the saw blade 11 is either covered by the eccentric member at the stand-still position ready to be inserted into the hollow of a bone or made to be positioned being exposed freely and newly to be able to start a sewing action. |
