PURPOSE:To obtain a colored edible gelatinous cellulose hardly causing any bleeding of a coloring matter after the coloring. CONSTITUTION:This colored edible gelatinous cellulose hardly causing any bleeding of a coloring matter after the coloring by immersing an edible gelatinous cellulose produced by a microorganism in an aqueous solution of Food Red No. 3, 104 or 105, sodium copper chlorophyllin, sodium iron chlorophyllin or an annatto coloring matter, then draining the resultant cellulose, subsequently preserving the drained cellulose in an acidic saccharide solution. |
