PURPOSE:To realize cost reduction and downsizing of protection against inverse connection of a battery in an air conditioner for an electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Fusing current capacity of an electric current fuse 3 is set not more than three times electric current capacity of a diode 7 to absorb a switching surge, or the fusing current capacity of the electric current fuse 3 is made smaller than a value obtained by dividing nominal voltage of a battery 1 by a resistance value of a rush preventive resistance.
