PURPOSE:To prepare document preparing method capable of preparing and outputting the document of formats different at every partition by setting plural partitions in one paper surface. CONSTITUTION:The method is provided with an input part 10, a control part 20, a display part 30, a print output part 40 and a storage part 50 and the storage part 50 is provided with partition storage parts 5.1 to 5.n storing information concerning the plural partitions and plural sentence storage parts 6.1 to 6.n respectively storing corresponding document data. The control part 20 stores information concerning the plural partitions in the partition information storage parts based on a command from the input part 10 and displays the plural partitions on the display part 30 based on the pieces of information. Then, when document data is inputted from the input part 10 by specifying an optional partition, document data is stored in a document storage part corresponding to the specified partition. Furthermore, sentence data of each partition stored in the document storage part is outputted to the print output part 40 in accordance with information concerning the corresponding partition stored in the partition information storage part. |
