PURPOSE:To eliminate unneeded up/down move of cut/clinch mechanism and at the same time reduce noise by moving only a part needed for cut/clinch operation up and down, reducing load for a cylinder mechanism, at the same time moving the cut/clinch mechanism up and down in steps. CONSTITUTION:Cut/clinch parts 70A and 70B are laid out at the upper edge of a pair of shafts 92A and 92B which can be moved up and down for width adjusting mechanisms 94A and 94B and the cut/clinch parts are elevated in steps as needed by selectively energizing two cylinders 110 and 112. |
