PURPOSE:To satisfy the request for further speed-up of installing electronic components onto a printed circuit board and to improve positioning accuracy by accurately detection the rotary angle of an installing spindle. CONSTITUTION:An electronic component retention device 30 for retaining electronic components by sucking them on two transparent plates 31 whose inside is changed into vacuum state and a spindle 6 for installing electronic components W to a printed circuit board 5 which is retained at a table 4 after receiving the electronic components W from the electronic components retention device 30 are provided. Then, an encoder 118 is incorporated cocentrically for each device spindle, a installing head 7 for rotating and driving each installing spindle 6 by one drive motor 110 and a camera device 16 which is laid out at the lower part of a light source 15 and an electronic components retention device 3 are provided, and then an image recognition device 17 for picking up the image of electronic components which are retained by the installing spindle via two transparent plates 31 is also provided. |
