PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of out-of-step by predicting the occurrence of out-of-step based on coupling value obtained by coupling time series data of load and operating speed by means of degree of coupling learning means thereby reducing the operating speed of drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:Memory means A4 store the time series data of a load of a step motor A1 detected by a load detecting means A2 and the time series data of the operating speed of a drive shaft of the step motor A1 detected by drive shaft operating speed detecting means A3. Then, the occurrence of the out-of- step of the step motor A1 is predicted by out-of-step occurrence prediction means A6 based upon the coupling value obtained by coupling each time series data stored by means of the coupling degree learning means A5. Then, as soon as the occurrence of out-of-step of the step motor A1 is predicted, the operating speed of the drive shaft of the step motor A1 is reduced by speed reducing control means A7, thereby the occurrence of the out-of-step is prevented in advance. |
