PURPOSE:To output a slip to a facsimile equipment by passing slip data prepared at a host system through a terminal system connected to the host system by a communication channel in the case of distributing the slip. CONSTITUTION:This slip distributing system is provided with a slip data processing control information update processing part 2 for updating the slip data and information for controlling the processing of the slip data, slip data processing control information storage part 3, host side communication control part 5 for performing communication between a host system 17 17 and a terminal system 18, communication channel 6, terminal control information storage part 9 for controlling terminal side processing, data conversion processing part 10 for converting the slip data to images, facsimile transmission control part 12 for controlling a facsimile controller, and automatic power source control part 15 for controlling the power source of the terminal system.
