PURPOSE: To provide a capacitive sensor sensitive to the acceleration in all directions of a plane. CONSTITUTION: This capacitive acceleration sensor is constituted of two electrodes 4, 5 mounted on a base 1 and a moving feeder 3, and the moving feeder 3 is connected to the base 1 by a rigid frame 2 and blades 6, 7. A blade net is selected so that the uniform motion of the upper electrode 5 is generated by the acceleration on the inside of the plane of the blades 6, 7 regardless of the direction of acceleration. |
