PURPOSE:To provide a slide carrier feeder which is used as an accessory to an OLB apparatus for improving the rate of operation of the OLB apparatus through automatic feed to a die and for coping with multiple kinds. CONSTITUTION:On an OLB apparatus is mounted a slide carrier feeder comprising a recovery section in which a magazine 6 containing a stack of slide carriers 5, each of which hold the edges of an insulating film with a semiconductor connected to its center, is placed on a take-out section 20; the lowermost slide carrier 5 is taken out from the slide carrier 5 inside the magazine 6 one by one, and carried by a belt conveyor 36; and a lead wire part is cut by a die 11 while unnecessary remaining parts are taken out and recovered. |
