INSPECTING APPARATUS OF VESSEL OF COMPLICATED SHAPE

PURPOSE:To furnish an inspecting apparatus of a vessel of a complicated shape which can set a window of a complicated shape easily and enables change of the shape of the window in accordance with the angle of an image. CONSTITUTION:A video signal constituting an image plane to be inspected is compared with a threshold by an analog comparator and binary serial image signals being 'L' for a normal part and 'H' for an abnormal part are prepared. The binary serial image signals are inputted to an AND circuit 14. On the other hand, mask patterns constituted of binary mask data are prepared in a mask memory 12 so that they correspond to the angles of an image, and they are selected by a selector controller 31 in accordance with the angle of the image of the image plane to be inspected. The binary mask data of the selected mask pattern are read synchronously with the binary serial image signal by a sync circuit 32 and inputted to the AND circuit 14. As the result, only the binary serial image signal of a part not being masked passes through the AND circuit 14 and is outputted as an abnormality detection signal. Accordingly, even a vessel of a complicated shape can be inspected suitably.
