CLOCK PAGING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To increase the range of application, to reduce the size, and the power consumption, and to improve the working efficiency respectively in a clock paging system. CONSTITUTION:A high band paging system transmits the paging message input of a local area to a receiver of another local area. A local area clearing house stores the resident subscriber data including the present position and the receiver serial numbers. These stored data are used for transmitting a message to a correct clearing house via a data network and also coded. The coded data are transmitted in a TDM data packet of 256-bit/13msec via a stereo FM side band. Meanwhile the time slots having the sequence numbers coincident with some of addresses of receivers are allocatted to these receivers. The address of a desired receiver is put in the data packet, and the receivers energized by batteries are turned on and off every time the incoming packet is received in each allocatted slot. A long message is transmitted in two or more linked packets. A time page receiver 20 has a wide-range antenna which is electromagnetically connected to the body of a user.
