PURPOSE: To provide an improved digital electronic memory device. CONSTITUTION: A mutually writing circuit 234 is connected with memory arrays 202 and 204, first latch sets 216 and 218 and second latch sets 230 and 232 and mutually writes by writing data in the memory array 204 in response to data written in the memory array 202 in advance and stored in the first latch set 216, 218 and writing data in the memory array 202 in response to data written in the memory array 204 and stored in the second latch sets 230, 232.
