inputting 1 mole (1 kg) of phenol, 1 mole (850 g) of formaline of 37 % concentriation, 50 g of alkali catalyst of 28 % ammonia water into the reater (1) and mixing and heating, and reacting at 90-95 deg.C; delivering the obtd. mixt. to the separator (7) and layer-separating at room temp.; separating to 1300 g of phenol resin and 500 g of waste water; gathering waste water into the collector (5) by vacuum pump (6); then reusing the gathered waste water, and feeding to the reactor (I); inputting 1 kg of phenol, 314.5 g of paraformaldehyde powder, and 50 g catalyst of 28 % ammonia concn. then mixing and heating; reacting again.
