PURPOSE:To reduce cost and improve reliability by making the number of grooves of coils equal to an integer times the number of electric rotary machines per every phase and every pole of each three-phase armature winding of each electric rotary machine and also by arranging coils in such a manner that the phase of each three-phase armature winding becomes the same thereby making a current limiting reactor of conventional machine unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:Electric rotary machines 15, 25 or N5 is driven by each voltage type inverter 1, 2 or N. Here, the number of grooves for inserting coils is made equal to an integer times the number N of electric rotary machines per every phase and every pole of each three-phase armature winding of each electric rotary machine 15, 25 or N5, and the coils are so arranged that the phase of each three-phase armature winding becomes the same. By doing this, each three-phase armature winding will not be affected from other phase by mutual inductance thereby making current limiting reactor for conventional machine unnecessary. |
